【業務内容】

同社は半導体業界で 40 年以上の経験を持つオートメーション ソリューションの大手プロバイダーであり、世界中のチップメーカーに力を与える高精度ロボティクス、統合オートメーション システム、汚染制御ソリューションを提供しています。当社の製品には、ロボット、真空システム、半導体製造用の大気ロボットなど、幅広い自動化ソリューションが含まれています。

当ポジションではアプリケーションエンジニアとして下記のお仕事をお願いします。

  • 販売前の技術サポート

    ‐深い製品知識を活用し、販売プレゼンテーションや製品デモンストレーションを通じて、営業や顧客に技術的な専門知識を提供する
  • 営業スタッフの支援

    ‐顧客のニーズを満たし、企業製品の潜在的なアプリケーションを評価する際に営業スタッフを支援し、顧客の製品/アプリケーション/ソリューションの開発と実装のための詳細な製品仕様を作成
  • 見込みユーザーへのコンサルティング

    ‐アプリケーションの実現可能性を実証するために、顧客の要件に基づいてミニ アプリケーションを構築する場合があり、多くの場合、クライアント向けのラピッド プロトタイピングや製品デモが必要になります。見込みユーザーへのコンサルティングや製品の機能の評価と検証を提供する
  • Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.

    ‐Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.

    ‐May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
  • May provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.

【給与】

年俸制

年収:700万円~1,000万円

月収:58.3万円~83.3万円/月額基本給44.4万円~63.4万円

  • 残業手当:定額の残業代+通常の残業代

(固定残業時間 30時間 / 月、固定残業代138,900円 ~ 198,413円 / 月)

※上記年収に30時間/月の残業手当を含む。超過分は別途支給

  • 昇給:年1回(3月)
  • 賞与:年2回 ※会社業績に応じ支給

【就業時間】

固定(定額)残業代制

就業時間 09:00 ~ 17:30(休憩時間 12:00-13:00)

※残業 月 10 時間 ~ 30 時間程度

本社:〒 神奈川県横浜市港北区新横浜3-8-8 日総第16ビル

  • アクセス:JR・市営地下鉄・東急新横浜線 新横浜駅から徒歩8分/各線 横浜駅から徒歩8分

(※25年11月に 横浜駅東口にオートメーション装置のラボをOpen予定。当ポジションはそちらに勤務)

  • 年間休日 120 日
  • 完全週休二日制
  • 祝日
  • 年間有給休暇(有給休暇は入社時から付与されます)

    ※入社後毎月1日ずつ付与し、半年経過後には10日になるように付与。

    ※更に毎月1日ずつ付与し、1年経過後16日。2年目17日、3年目18日、4年目19日、5年目以降20日付与。

    ※有給休暇は入社初月度から利用可能。

スキル・資格


【必須要件】

  • メカトロニクス/ロボットオートメーション/半導体産業/マシンテンディングオートメーションなどの生産設備向け組み込みシステムの構築経験
  • センサー、スイッチ、リレー、アクチュエーターなどの電子部品に関する知識
  • システムレベルの配線図を理解できること。
  • 顧客対応がある技術職で3年以上の経験
  • 英語力中級以上(海外に一人で出張・トレーニングに行けるレベル。目安としてTOEIC750点程度)
