【募集背景】異動に伴う欠員補充

【職務内容】※計画から、引き渡しまでを一気通貫で担当していきます

超純水製造装置、排水処理装置、排水回収装置等の電気制御システムについて

(1)仕様検討・コスト積算・基本設計・電気回路検図の業務

・基本設計仕様書、原価計算、システム構成図の作成、制御盤製作図の検図

・運転制御方案図書の作成、自動制御プログラムの仕様決定

・自動制御プログラム(PLC)のシミュレーション動作検査

(2)打合せ業務(お客様・社内・ベンダー)

・お客様との納入装置の電気制御設計仕様の確認(リモート会議が主体です)

・社内営業や機械設計担当との策定打合せ、各種ベンダーとの仕様打合せ

・新製品の採用や設計基準の制定に関する協議など設計部内での検討会議

(3)盤検査、現場工事立合い、試運転の出張業務

・制御盤完成検査(国内各地の制御盤メーカーに出張する)

・現地プラント建設現場の機械・電気工事完成検査

・試運転に立合い装置が設計仕様通りの動作かの性能確認

・お客様への納入装置の完成検査報告と取り扱い説明

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・電装/電気制御設計経験

・PLCを取り扱った設計のご経験

※プラントに関わらず生産設備やビルオートメーションなどの制御ご経験も歓迎いたします

【歓迎要件】

・1級電気工事施工管理技士

・1級計装士

・電気主任技術者、電気工事士

・ITパスポート、基本情報技術者

・プロジェクトマネージャー、リーダー、主務の経験

・海外志向や、海外赴任の経験

【給与】

年収 624 ~ 1073 万円
