仕事内容:
★原則はマニュアルに沿って業務を行っていますが、イレギュラーな事案が頻発するため、都度担当者に確認し進めていただきます。
議事録の作成は、定型のものを変更して使用・主要項目で自動作成するため、現段階で知識が無くても問題ありません。
★書類の整理・PDF化作業が多いです。
1,登記関連補助(基本情報DBやマクロツールを使ったドラフト作成など、ある程度定型化された業務)
・解散・清算登記申請書および議事録の作成
・登記申請作業
2,押印・PDF作業
・定時総会議事録等への所内押印申請
・押印完了後のPDF化
3,官公庁対応
官公庁からの郵便物受領の取りまとめ
4,法務局への外出
1か月に1~3回程度、地下鉄等の近郊の範囲(竹橋又は、ごく稀に麻布十番・中野)への外出業務

年収384万~+残業手当
(月給:24万円~、賞与:年間で月給の4か月分を想定)
※試用期間は賞与の算定に含まれません。
※契約期間:6ヶ月とし双方の合意により都度、次期契約を締結。
ただし、有期契約期間の上限は原則2年11か月とし、スキル・能力に応じて2年11か月以降更新、
5年を迎えた際に無期転換社員に変更する可能性がある。
