仕事内容:

川崎市を中心とした建設現場での建築ディレクターのお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

施工管理サポート:必要書類・資料の作成補助、工程管理の補助

IT活用業務:最新ソフトウェアやIT技術を使った事務サポート

技術導入支援:新技術の習得と現場への導入による効率化推進

その他:デスクワークと現場サポートを通じたDX推進への貢献

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8:00~17:00(実働7時間)

・休憩時間:120分

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日 ※全社的な基本勤務時間は8:00~18:00です。

・基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円(経験・年齢・能力により優遇)

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回

・年収例:

30代 400~500万円

40代 500~600万円

※資格取得に応じて年収が加算されます。
