【募集背景】
製造業向けCAE・PLMソフトウェアを中心としたソリューションビジネスを拡大するため、営業力の強化が必要です。大手製造業向けの営業担当、営業リーダーを募集します。
【具体的な業務内容】
大手製造向けCAE・PLMソフトウェアの営業をご担当いただきます。
製造業のモノづくりの開発プロセスにおける業務課題を把握し、弊社ソリューションによる解決策を提示する提案型のソリューション営業が主な職務です。
顧客製品の開発期間の短縮、品質向上、コスト低減、といった導入効果を訴求し、ソフトウェアの導入や関連サービスの利用を推進する活動が基本的な組織方針となります。
また昨今、AIとの連携やデータドリブン型のモノづくりが主流になりつつあり、周辺ソリューションにも興味がある方を歓迎します。

■商材詳細:製造業モノづくりの最先端ソリューション「CAE/PLM/AI/MI/最適化」
設計・可視化、プリポスト、CAE解析、生産技術系解析、材料開発ソリューション、MI、AI予測モデリング、最適化、PLM、コスト管理など、モノづくりに最適なSCSKの最先端ソリューション群を顧客へ提案します。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■営業実務経験(2年以上)
■製造業(自動車、重工、機械、電器等)での営業経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
【歓迎要件】
■CAE・PLMソフトウェアの営業経験がある方
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1200 万円
(1)総合職(若手層):想定年収500万
※残業20時間相当を超過の場合は別途支給。
(2)基幹職(リーダー層):想定年収700万
※残業時間34時間相当の裁量労働手当を含む。休日労働および深夜労働に対する割増賃金は別途支給。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります

完全週休二日(土日)祝日、年末年始休暇(12/29~1/3)、有給休暇(14日~20日)、ボランティア休暇、慶弔休暇、マタニティ休暇、配偶者出産休暇、子の看護休暇、育児休業制度(小学校就業前まで/通算3年を最大6回に分割)
