同社にて法務業務を担っていただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
■企業法務(※こちらがメイン業務となります。)
・契約書審査、契約書作成(最先端のシステムやAI案件もあります。)
・社内での問い合わせ対応(他部署からの法務相談)
メイン業務に慣れていただいた後、下記業務等にもチャレンジいただきます。
■株主総会、取締役会事務局
■知的財産権に関する業務

■法科大学院卒業または司法試験予備試験合格
■株主総会、取締役会事務局の経験(上場・非上場問わず)

年収 610 ~ 900 万円
