サイバーエージェントゲーム&エンターテイメント事業部(SGE)にて
新卒ゲームエンジニア採用の専任人事として新卒採用の戦略設計~施策の企画~実行までを一貫して担当いただきます。
【概要】
・採用計画、戦略設計、ターゲット要件設定
・採用イベントやインターンシップの企画から運営まで(年間複数本・出張等もあり)
・候補者との面談、面接、クロージング
・各種メディア対応および採用広報活動
※採用の全プロセスを自ら設計し、実行することができます。
