事務サポートのお仕事です。

法人のお客様向け営業アシスタント(営業事務・内勤営業)として、事務処理や連携業務を中心に担当します。

*主な業務内容*

・既存のお客様の携帯端末・通信機器・インターネットサービス等の契約内容の変更や手続き

・複数のシステムでの登録作業、関連部署との連携(メール・システム上)

・登録情報に不備がある場合、メールや電話で状況を確認

・お客様の利用状況に合わせた見積書を作成し、メールでご案内

・解約タイミングのご案内や、状況に応じて必要な説明・ご提案

・お申し込みに関する注意事項のご案内や、確認のご連絡

応募資格


営業経験、営業事務経験、接客経験がある方(いずれか1年以上) / その他資格は不問 / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK) / Excel、Word、PowerPoint、ビジネスメールに触れた事がある方優遇(少しでも使用した事があれば大丈夫です)

<在宅勤務における条件>

・スキル習得後、管理者判断にて順次開始予定

・出社&在宅のハイブリッド勤務となります

・個室環境が準備できること(生活音・雑音の入らない環境であること)

・本人所有のNW環境を利用(業務用PC貸与)
