The Company
An exciting opportunity exists for an outstanding Sales Support Administrator to join this fast-growing multinational staffing consultancy based in Japan. Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Data entry
- Formatting resumes to adhere to company standards
- Organising job advertisements for internet and trade publications
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Reception handling
- Documentation
- Other ad hoc duties as requested.
Your Profile
- You must be highly professional and efficient with an ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- At least one year experience in a similar role is essential as is a full working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- At least conversational level of English skill is a mandatory along with fluent level of Japanese skill.
- Proactive attitude with proper business manner.

Tokyo Office (Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo)

応募資格
- プロ意識が高く、プレッシャーに強い方
- 効率よく仕事を進めることができ、細部への注意を払いながら正確に業務を遂行できる方
- 類似職務経験が1年以上あり、マイクロソフト・オフィス・スイートの実務知識と経験があることが必須
- 流暢な日本語能力とともに、会話レベル以上の英語力が必須
- 適切なビジネスマナーの備わった方
- 積極的な姿勢で業務を遂行できる方
