職務内容:
1. サービス提供・運用
- マネージドL1 ITインフラサービスのエンドツーエンド提供を主導
- SLA、応答時間、サービス品質の継続的達成を確保
- 下記サービス提供を統括:
- PCキット化、導入、ライフサイクル管理
- L1/L2デスクトップ・ユーザーサポート
- サーバー導入・移行(AD、ファイルサーバー、基本インフラ)
- Microsoft 365 / O365管理及び移行
- ネットワーク設定・保守(LAN/WAN/WiFi)
- ファイアウォール及びセキュリティサポート(Fortinetまたは同等製品)
- クラウド(AWS)管理
- VAPTテスト
- 全サービスにおける適切な文書化、SOP、ランブックの整備
- インフラ、クラウド、ネットワーク、セキュリティサービスに関連するその他業務
2. クライアント管理・ガバナンス
- デリバリーサイドにおける日本クライアントの主要窓口として対応
- 四半期ごとのサービスレビュー会議の実施
- SLA実績・インシデント傾向・改善策の報告
- キャパシティ計画とロードマップの協議
- クライアントステークホルダーとの長期的な信頼関係の構築
- エスカレーション対応と迅速な解決の確保
3. プリセールス&成長支援
- プリセールス活動を支援:
- クライアント要件の把握
- デリバリー手法の設計
- 提案書作成のための工数見積もりとソリューション提案
- 営業部門と連携したマネージドサービス契約の範囲定義
- 既存アカウント内でのアップセル・クロスセル機会の特定
- プロジェクトデリバリーからマネージドサービスへの移行支援
4. チームビルディングと人材管理
- 初期段階では3~4名のエンジニアチームを管理・育成し、規模拡大の責任を担う
- エンジニアの採用、オンボーディング、トレーニングへの参画
- スキル要件と学習パスの定義
- オンサイトとリモートデリバリーリソースのバランス調整
- 定期的な業績評価とフィードバックセッションの実施
職務要件:
- 技術スキル(実務経験必須)
- ITインフラおよびエンドユーザーコンピューティングにおける豊富な経験
- 以下の実践的知識:
- Windows Server(AD、ファイルサーバー、基本インフラサービス)
- Microsoft 365 / O365
- デスクトップサポートおよびエンドポイント管理
- ネットワーク基礎(スイッチ、ルーター、ファイアウォール)
- ファイアウォール/セキュリティプラットフォーム(Fortinetが望ましい)
- マネージドサービス/L1サポートモデル提供の実務経験
歓迎条件

- 日本企業またはシステムインテグレーターとの業務経験
- マネージドサービスプロバイダー(MSP)環境での実務経験
- ITILまたは類似のサービスマネジメント経験(資格は必須ではない)
- スタートアップ段階からスケールアップまでの事業成長支援経験

:ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語
