職務内容:
1. サービス提供・運用
マネージドL1 ITインフラサービスのエンドツーエンド提供を主導
SLA、応答時間、サービス品質の継続的達成を確保
下記サービス提供を統括:
PCキット化、導入、ライフサイクル管理
L1/L2デスクトップ・ユーザーサポート
サーバー導入・移行(AD、ファイルサーバー、基本インフラ)
Microsoft 365 / O365管理及び移行
ネットワーク設定・保守(LAN/WAN/WiFi)
ファイアウォール及びセキュリティサポート(Fortinetまたは同等製品)
クラウド(AWS)管理
VAPTテスト
全サービスにおける適切な文書化、SOP、ランブックの整備
インフラ、クラウド、ネットワーク、セキュリティサービスに関連するその他業務
2. クライアント管理・ガバナンス
デリバリーサイドにおける日本クライアントの主要窓口として対応
四半期ごとのサービスレビュー会議の実施
SLA実績・インシデント傾向・改善策の報告
キャパシティ計画とロードマップの協議
クライアントステークホルダーとの長期的な信頼関係の構築
エスカレーション対応と迅速な解決の確保
3. プリセールス&成長支援
プリセールス活動を支援:
クライアント要件の把握
デリバリー手法の設計
提案書作成のための工数見積もりとソリューション提案
営業部門と連携したマネージドサービス契約の範囲定義
既存アカウント内でのアップセル・クロスセル機会の特定
プロジェクトデリバリーからマネージドサービスへの移行支援
4. チームビルディングと人材管理
初期段階では3~4名のエンジニアチームを管理・育成し、規模拡大の責任を担う
エンジニアの採用、オンボーディング、トレーニングへの参画
スキル要件と学習パスの定義
オンサイトとリモートデリバリーリソースのバランス調整
定期的な業績評価とフィードバックセッションの実施
職務要件:
技術スキル(実務経験必須)
ITインフラおよびエンドユーザーコンピューティングにおける豊富な経験
以下の実践的知識:
Windows Server(AD、ファイルサーバー、基本インフラサービス)
Microsoft 365 / O365
デスクトップサポートおよびエンドポイント管理
ネットワーク基礎(スイッチ、ルーター、ファイアウォール)
ファイアウォール/セキュリティプラットフォーム(Fortinetが望ましい)
マネージドサービス/L1サポートモデル提供の実務経験
歓迎条件:
日本企業またはシステムインテグレーターとの業務経験
マネージドサービスプロバイダー(MSP)環境での実務経験
ITILまたは類似のサービスマネジメント経験(資格は必須ではない)
スタートアップ段階からスケールアップまでの事業成長支援経験
言語能力:ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語
