テクニカル・ソリューション・エグゼクティブ(Technical Solution Executive:Tech SE)は、シニア・テクニカル・ソリューション・マネージャーにレポートし、テリトリー・アカウント・セールス・エグゼクティブ(TASE)と連携しながら、担当アカウントにおける技術的な関係性および戦略を統括することで、売上目標の達成をリードします。

本ポジションはハイブリッドな役割であり、適切なセールスメソドロジー(例:TAS、SSN、STRATEGY)と、深い業界知識および技術的バックグラウンドを組み合わせて技術的なアカウント戦略を策定・推進します。TASEの営業施策と整合を図りながら、お客様の代弁者として、営業、カスタマーサクセス、コンサルティング、マーケティングと密に連携し、お客様の業務環境、課題、要件について明確な理解を確立します。

また、お客様のビジネス施策および技術目標を、Autodeskのビジョン、ミッション、戦略と整合させることで、長期的なパートナーシップを構築します。

職務内容

技術アカウントプランの策定および管理
テリトリー・アカウント・セールス・エグゼクティブと協業し、技術アカウントプランを策定し、案件クローズに向けた戦略を実行します。Autodesk標準のセールスメソドロジーを活用し、技術的な合意形成および営業戦略の理解を確実にします。

顧客関係管理
お客様の業務プロセス、ワークフロー、技術要件に関する十分な知識を習得し、「信頼されるアドバイザー」としての関係を構築します。専門分野における業務プロセス、技術トレンド、ワークフローに関する包括的な知識を維持し、既存および新しいAutodeskソリューションの価値を訴求するための洞察とガイダンスを提供します。

技術ディスカバリーおよびソリューション適合
技術ディスカバリーを主導します。要件定義、スコープ文書、ユーザーニーズ調査、プロセス評価、プロジェクト評価の策定においてガイダンスを提供します。Autodeskのソフトウェアおよびサービス、その他のリソースを活用し、お客様のビジネスにおける技術的・財務的・スケジュール上の制約を満たすソリューションを設計します。

顧客クロージング
主要な顧客関係者と連携し、提案ソリューションのビジネスおよび技術的なクロージングを担います。技術評価の管理、ソリューションアーキテクチャの定義、製品デモンストレーションやパイロットプロジェクトの実施を行います。提案内容の実現可能性、正確性、完全性を評価し、技術的な検証を提供します。ライセンス展開、ライセンス体系、ライセンス管理に関する戦略的な製品課題について顧客を支援し、顧客満足度および製品収益の最大化を図ります。

コラボレーション
営業チームおよび関連パートナーと信頼関係を構築します。営業管理、カスタマーサクセス、コンサルティング、開発、テクニカルセールスなどの各チームと連携し、案件ごとに最適な人材・リソースを確保します。これらのリソースを統括・指導し、アカウント目標の達成、顧客満足、案件クロージングを確実にします。

社内リーダーシップ
ベストプラクティス、競合情報、イノベーション、専門知識を営業組織、製品部門、テクニカルセールス組織内で共有します。Autodesk社内のさまざまなチームと連携・コミュニケーションを取り、ニーズが満たされるようにします。Autodesk製品および競合製品に関する技術情報や統合情報について、知見の共有および技術的な回答を提供します。

応募資格

  • 製造、エンジニアリング、プラント、または関連分野の学士号
  • 製造業、エンジニアリング、プラント業界における5年以上の実務経験(エンジニアリング/設計経験を含む)
  • エンジニアリング企業の目標を理解し、将来トレンドに関する知識を有していること
  • プロジェクト設計ライフサイクルの理解(RFP、概念設計、コンピュテーショナルデザイン手法、設計開発、Q&A、契約図書、施工管理、引き渡し、運用・保守)
  • プロジェクト見積の理解(3Dおよび2Dドキュメントと見積システムを活用したワークフロー)
  • 特定のニーズに基づく長期的・戦略的計画立案の経験
  • 新しく革新的な技術を組織に展開し、創造性と効率性を高めた経験
  • ITおよびデジタル業務におけるニーズや課題の理解
  • 見込み顧客とのコミュニケーションおよびエンゲージメント構築の経験(大規模な聴衆の前での対応に抵抗がないこと)
  • セールスメソドロジーまたはテクニカルセールスの経験

Position Overview

The Technical Solution Executive (Tech SE) reports to the Senior Technical Solutions Manager and partners with the Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) to lead revenue objectives by overseeing the technical relationship and strategy for the account. You will be in a hybrid role that defines and guides the technical account strategy by combining the appropriate sales methodology (i.e. TAS, SSN, STRATEGY), deep industry and technical background, to align with the TASE's sales initiatives while advocating for our customers and partnering with sales, customer success, consulting, and marketing to ensure a clear understanding of the customer's environment, challenges and requirements. You will foster long-term partnerships with customers by aligning the customer's business initiatives and technical goals with Autodesk's vision, mission, and strategy.

We are in need of a TechSE who has experience in the manufacturing and plant industry in particular.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Account Plan Development and Management: You will with Territory Account Sales Executives develops technical account plan and implement strategy for closing business. Use Autodesk company standard sales methodologies to ensure technical closure and understanding of sales strategies
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will develop required level of knowledge of our customers' business process, workflows, and technical requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationships with customers. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the business processes, technology trends, and workflows, within their domain of expertise, to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of current and new Autodesk solutions
  • Technical Discovery & Solution Fit: Manages technical discovery. You will provide guidance in the formulation of requirements definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, process assessments and project assessments for sales opportunities. Use Autodesk software and services together with other resources to develop solutions that satisfy technical, fiscal and schedule constraints within the customers business
  • Customer Closure: Responsible for aligning with main customer partners to secure business and technical closure of the proposed solution. Manage technical evaluations, define solution architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, "pilot" projects. Provide technical validation and assess feasibility, correctness and completeness of proposed solutions; apply best practices in solving business problems. Assess and direct customers regarding strategic product issues involving license deployment, licensing structures and license management to maximize customer satisfaction and product revenue
  • Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the sales team and adjacent partners. Partner with teams (sales management, Customer Success, consulting, development, and technical sales) to acquire the correct talent/resource for individual sales opportunities. Oversee and guide these resources to outlined account objective to, ensure customer satisfaction and business closure
  • Internal Leadership: Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organization, product divisions, and technical sales organization. Interacts and communicates with the various teams of Autodesk to ensure that needs are met. Provide answers and knowledge share technical product and integration information about Autodesk or competitor products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, plant or related industry
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Plant industry. Engineering/Design experience.
  • Understand goals in Engineering firms and maintain knowledge of future trends
  • Project Design lifecycle - Understands the process of RFP, conceptual design, computational design methodologies, design development, Q&A, contract documents, construction administration, hand over, and O&M
  • Project estimation - Understands the estimation workflow using both 3D and 2D documentation together with estimating systems
  • Experience in Strategic planning of long term specific goals with specific needs
  • Experience deploying new and inspiring technology into a workforce to inspire creativity, and efficiency.
  • Understanding of IT, and digital practice needs and pains
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects - including comfort in front of large audiences
  • Sales methodology or technical sales experience
  • Reading / writing ability of English in Business situations
