① キャラクターグッズのデザイン制作における進行管理業務全般

② キャラクターグッズの製造における進行管理業務全般

③ グッズ以外の案件におけるデザイン制作進行管理業務全般

④ 外注先のクリエイターや協力会社との折衝業務

⑤ 商品の在庫管理、発送業務

⑥ グッズのデザイン及び製造における見積り作業

⑦ グッズのリサーチ業務

⑧ 営業時におけるクライアント折衝

⑨ 当社の運営自社ECサイトの更新業務

⑩ 商品そのものの企画業務

⑪ ポップアップショップの運営の際の搬入や搬出、設営作業など

※上記①〜⑤は必須、⑥以降は時期や能力に応じて適宜担当

・Illustrator、Photoshopの標準以上の操作能力

勤務時間・曜日:

【就業時間/休日】

10:00〜19:00(昼休憩は原則12:00〜14:00の間で1時間)

土日祝日、年末年始は休日。その他お盆休み、創業記念日休み有り。

原則裁量労働制(1日8時間)、深夜残業手当・休日出勤手当有り。

休暇・休日:

・完全週休二日制(土日祝)

・ 年末年始休暇、お盆休み、創業記念日休み

・年間休日120日以上

勤務地:

本社勤務

原則屋内禁煙、喫煙場所あり

アクセス:

・最寄り駅 地下鉄東西線西11丁目駅、南北線すすきの駅

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥186,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥1,100(48分相当分)を含む。48分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【賃金】

最低月収18.6万円〜(賞与除く) ※応相談

原則裁量労働制、深夜残業手当・休日出勤手当有り

待遇・福利厚生:

その他福利厚生(家族手当、イベント勉強会参加費サポート等)有り

昇給・賞与(業績に応じて)は年2回

Uターン・Iターン採用の場合、引越し支度金などの手当有り。

札幌以外に在住者の場合の面接はオンラインにて可能。

また、中期的に見て、ゲームグラフィックだけではなく、グッズやVtuber、動画、Webなど広くエンタメコンテンツの制作に携わっていただく可能性があります。
