職務責任:
- 会社の業務ニーズに基づき、各大陸間の輸送力必要量の調達計画とプロジェクト別の資源調達計画を策定し、2C 最後の一哩路サービスプロバイダー(宅配便及び郵便)や大陸間の現地車隊と連携して優位な資源を確保し、業務チームと調整して資源使用の合理性を保証する。同時に、業務ニーズに応じて臨時の輸送力調達を行い、ニーズが効果的に実現されるよう確保する。
- 会社の業務ニーズに基づき、現地の優良な倉庫資源を開発・調達する。各大陸間の既存輸送力サプライヤープールを継続的に最適化し、定期的に価格交渉、契約管理及びサプライヤーの業績評価を実施し、サプライヤーを体系的に管理して輸送力コストを不断に削減する。
- 優良な輸送力資源を導入し、大陸間の輸送力プールの資源備蓄を強化し、新たに導入するサプライヤーと契約交渉を行いリスクを管理し、競争力のある価格と条件を確保する。大陸間の各 2C 最後の一哩路サービスプロバイダーとカーゴ配送サービスプロバイダーの長所と短所を分析する責任を負い、サプライヤープールを管理して評価を実施する。
- 会社の管理要求に基づき、調達管理制度、業務フロー及び評価基準を策定し、現場での制度の実行状況を監督し、業務のコンプライアンスを保証する。
募集要件:
- 国際物流及び倉庫関連の 5 年以上の勤務経験。
- 輸送力調達チームの管理経験を有し、オーストラリアの 2C 最後の一哩路サービスプロバイダーの資源とカーゴ配送資源を持つ候補者を優先し、EC 物流及び倉庫の経験がある方が望ましい。
- サプライヤーの調達、管理及び評価に関する豊富な経験を有し、優れた商談能力と調整能力を持ち、市場の輸送力状況と価格体系について明確な認識を持っている。
- 中国語と日本語を業務言語として使用できる。
岗位职责:

根据公司业务需求,开发和采购当地优质的仓储资源。持续优化存量各洲际运力供应商池,定期进行价格谈判、合同管理和供应商绩效评估,系统化管理供应商并不断降低运力成本。
引入优质运力资源,提升洲际运力池资源储备,与新引入供应商进行合同谈判并把控风险,以确保获得有竞争力的价格和条款。 负责分析洲际各个2C尾程服务商和卡派服务商的优劣势,管理供应商池并进行考核。
4.根据公司管理要求,制定采购管理制度、工作流程和考核标准,并监督制度在现场的执行情况,确保业务合规。
岗位要求:
1.5年以上国际物流和仓储相关工作经验。
2.具备运力采购团队管理经验、有澳洲2C尾程服务商资源和卡派资源的候选人优先,有电商物流和仓储经验更佳。
3.具有供应商采购、管理和评估的丰富经验,优秀的商务谈判能力和协调能力,对市场运力情况和价格体系有清晰的认识。
4.中文和日语可以作为工作语言;
