- チーム(料理長、飲食マネージャーなど)をサポートし、サプライヤーとの良好な関係を維持する。
- 価格の正確性をチェックし、在庫レベルを可能な限り低く保つ。
- サービスの質の保証、クラブメッドの安全衛生規則の適用、施設の維持管理
- 明確な目標に基づいてチームを団結させ、モチベーションを高め、チームの成長をサポートする。
