各ユニット9名の施設です。

家庭に近い環境で、

入居者様の能力に応じて、

掃除や洗濯などの役割を持ちながら、

自立した生活を送っています。

「わが家のように ゆっくり のんびり」を

モットーに、生活を送っています。

【仕事内容】

高齢者向けグループホームでの、

生活サポート業務全般をお願いします。

具体的には・・・

・生活サポート(食事、トイレなど)

・料理の準備、買い物

・レクリエーションの実施

・お話し相手 など

\自立されている方が多い施設です/

比較的、自立されている方が多く、

利用者さん自身で食事をされたり、

お掃除などを行っております

作業中の見守りや補助をお願いします+*

\無資格・未経験の方も歓迎/

慣れるまで1人にはさせません

最初は利用者さんの名前を覚えて、

お話し相手からスタート

先輩スタッフが必ず隣にいるので、

分からない事は何でも聞いてください

先輩スタッフも無資格・未経験から

スタートした方ばかり
