仕事内容:

グループホームにて、

障がいのある利用者様の

生活サポートをお任せします。

[ 具体的には ]

家事サポート( 食事の準備・掃除・洗濯)

生活サポート(入浴サポート・お話し相手)など

*難しいスキルは必要ナシ*

朝食作りに関しては食パンを焼くなど、

難しい業務はございません

夕食のおかずもできたものが届くので、

お味噌汁の用意とごはんを炊くだけ

普段の家事スキルを活かせるのはもちろん、

家事に不慣れな方も、

炊飯器の炊き方や洗濯機の使用方法など

イチからお教えします。

生活サポートも移動や入浴の際に誘導したり、

体を拭くお手伝いをするだけと、とってもシンプル

体力の負担も少なく、

ながーく続けやすいオシゴトです

<ゆとりを持った人員配置>

1ホーム3~5名の利用者さんに対して、

ゆとりを持った人員配置ですので、

資格・経験のない方やブランク明けの方も

安心してご応募ください

今働いているスタッフも、

大半が未経験からのスタートです。
