ヤードでの輸出車チェック、修理手配事務

仕事内容:

当社のメイン事業は、自社サイトを通じた中古車、中古商用車の海外輸出です。創業以来16年以上、独自に作り上げた自社サイトを通じてアフリカを中心とした世界の国々へ販路を広げてきました。2025年当社は、豊田通商株式会社の完全子会社となり、現在中古車販売台数増加に向けて、日々業務に励んでおります。

現在、仕入れた車両の修理管理を行っていただく新規メンバーを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、仕入れた車両の修理管理や京浜地区での車両写真撮影をご担当いただき、具体的には下記の業務を想定しております。

■主な仕事内容

①仕入部がオークション会場にて仕入れた車両情報を確認し、整備の知識を活かして、修理が必要なものは社外の提携先に手配管理を行っていただきます。具体的にはロジスティクス部国内チームとして、社内別部門と社外の提携先とやり取りを行うフロント業務をご担当いただきます。中古車を国内のオークションで仕入れ、必要に応じて修理を施し輸出する過程での修理管理をお任せします。自身で修理・整備していただくわけではなく、各部署・社外の提携先との連携がメインになる管理です。

②仕入れた車両を保管している京浜地区(横浜・川崎)のヤードに定期的(週1程度)に赴き、車両販売の自社ウェブサイトに掲載する車両の写真撮影を行って頂きます。(ヤードでの写真撮影時に、必要に応じて、バッテリー交換等の軽作業を行って頂くこともございます)

修理は社外の提携先へ依頼しており、折衝相手は自動車整備会社になります。そのため具体的な修理箇所や修理方法などの知識や経験が求められます。

京浜地区での車両写真撮影の場合は各ヤードでのお仕事になります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥390,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥63,680〜¥91,980(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
