主な職務/ Job Responsibility
ディーラースタンダードコーディネーター- DOS & DCS の主な責任は、スカニアの正規ディーラーネットワーク内でスカニアフランチャイズ基準の遵守を実施し、フォローアップすることです。主な業務は、代理店および正規ディーラーネットワークの従業員に対し、トレーニングおよび適用される監査スキームを通じて、スカニアフランチャイズの要件を満たす方法をサポートすることです。DOS(ディーラー・オペレーティング・スタンダード) & DCS(デディケイテッド・カスタマー・サービス) および関連するさまざまなオペレーションガイダンスを通じて、ディーラーネットワークが関連するニーズを満たし、法律、コンプライアンス、その他のガイドラインに準拠していることを確認します。ディーラーが地域市場と顧客の期待に応えられるよう支援します。

The main responsibility of the Dealer Standards Coordinator – DOS & DCS is to implement and follow up the adherence to Scania franchise standards within the authorised retail network. The main task is to support the colleagues at the national distributor and the authorised retail network in how to fulfil the Scania franchise requirements by means of training and an applied audit scheme --- supervise the quality of workshop facilities, sales process, workshop operations, customer satisfaction, parts management, etc. to help build and maintain Scania's

reputation and image. Through DOS & DCS and related various operating guidance to ensure that relevant needs are met and in compliance with laws, compliance and other guidelines. We help dealers meet the expectations of the local market and customers.

必要資格等/ Eligibility
業界のこだわり/Indsutry-自動車業界験;者/experience in the auto industry

・関連学歴または同等の実務験;/Relevant Education or equivalent work experience

・成熟した自動車業界での験;があり、同様の職務におけるビジネス知識と験;があれば尚可/ Previous experience in the mature auto industry and business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage

・頻繁な出張に適応でき、また適応する意思があること/ Be able to and willing to adapt to the frequent business travels

・普通自動車免許/ Passenger car driving license

・一般的なコンピューターとマイクロソフトオフィススキル(ワード/エクセル/パワーポイント)/ General computer and Microsoft office(word/excel/power point) skills

・個人またはグループの状況において、口頭で考えを効果的に伝え、表年することができる/ Be able to effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas orally or verbally in individual or group situations

・強い交渉力と相手に影響を与えられるスキル/ Strong negotiation and influencing skills

・自分の職務に"強いオーナーシップ"を持っていること。優先順位を定め、期待される期間内に体系的かつ効率的に仕事を完了させることで、仕事の状況に構造と計画を加える。/Having "strong ownership" of own duty. • 1次面接後、WEBテスト有 / web test after interview

• 可能な限り、F2Fで1,2次は実施。勤務予定地で実施/ From 1st round interview as much as possible in work location
• Offerに至った場合、他の候補者との関係上Offer後3日以内のお返事を原則とする。/ If an offer is made, we will respond to the offer within 3 days of the offer in principle due to the relationship with other candidates.
