TVCMでもおなじみの企業で、人事労務課の体制強化に伴い、新たに1名を増員募集します。

まずは、会社全体の理解を深めていただき、スキル・経験に応じて業務をお任せします。

徐々に業務の幅を広げていき、ゆくゆくは給与システムの入れ替えや、グループ会社の労務関連業務にも携わっていただきます。

部内は、「誰かのために」と自然に動けるような優しいメンバーが多く、質問・相談しやすい環境です。

仕事内容


労務

  • 給与計算、勤怠管理、社会保険手続き、入退社手続き、福利厚生業務、労使関係管理、社内面談(産休・育休や休職相談等)、グループ会社の管理・資料作成、社労士とのやり取りなど

※まずは、給与計算業務からお任せします。慣れてきたら段階的に様々な業務に携わっていただき、労務のプロフェッショナルを目指していただきます。

経験・資格


・労務経験(勤怠管理・給与計算)のある方

待遇・福利厚生


社保完備・交通費支給・賞与年2回・昇給年1回・退職金制度・定年65歳・再雇用制度あり

住宅手当:12,000円~21,000円※居住地によって変動します。

家族手当(扶養内のみ):子ども5,000円、配偶者10,000円。

【昇給】昨年度実績4%。社内の評価制度に則り、頑張りはきちんと評価していく方針です。
