・経営層・マネージャーへの人事アドバイザリー
・人事戦略に基づく各種施策の企画・推進
・人事ライフサイクル全体の支援(採用、タレントマネジメント、評価、報酬、労務など)
・D&I施策の推進・助言
・組織改編・変革プロジェクトのリード(労使対応、リストラクチャリング含む)
・労務・人事関連法規・社内ガバナンスの遵守・リスク管理
・人事データ・アナリティクスを活用した課題抽出・意思決定支
