Global pharma company looking for a Head of Finance Business Partnering. This is a key position for Japan, and you will be working with senior management, gaining perspectives beyond finance.
The Role
Lead core financial planning and analysis activities including monthly performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning (10YP), and key financial exercises such as RRA and RF, ensuring timely and relevant insights for decision-making.
Provide strategic financial insight by analyzing variances and trends, conducting ad-hoc analyses, evaluating new business models, and optimizing portfolio performance to support both operational and long-term business decisions.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to interpret financial data, support business reviews, develop complex financial models and reporting tools, and act as a trusted advisor delivering high-impact analytical support.
Advance analytical excellence by leveraging AI and advanced analytics, implementing standardized tools and methodologies, and utilizing Genpact capabilities to drive improved insight generation and scalable FP&A processes.
Your SkillsOver 5 years of Finance Business Partner experience in a foreign-affiliated company
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
Fluent Japanese and business ~ high business English
People management experience
Healthcare / pharma industry experience preferred, but not required
