Role Description
We are looking for experienced cross-cultural Japanese and foreign executive-coaches that can help other executives to understand Japanese corporate culture vs European/North American culture.
You would accompany international executives on a once a week basis for one-hour on Teams, helping them with their specific issues and problems during a 15 week period.
If you have at least ten years-experience in a corporate, multicultural environment in relation to Japan and would like to pass on your knowledge and experience to top level management, please contact us.
Qualifications
- Native Japanese, English or French speaker or C2 level.
- 10-years experience in the coporate world
- Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor coaching to specific client needs
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with clients from different industries
- Relevant certifications in executive coaching but not necessarily.
- Working within the time zones of Japan and other Asian countries as well as Australia
