仕事内容:

IGS Academy is currently looking for enthusiastic English-speaking individuals who are passionate about basketball and physical education, and working with young children.

Successful candidates will be responsible for leading fun and safe classes, ensuring quality instruction, and creating a positive learning environment.

If you love children, enjoy staying active, and have a cheerful and outgoing personality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Positions & Pay:

  • Assistant Coach: ¥1,200 – 1500 per hours
  • Head Coach: ¥2,000 – ¥2,500 per hours

*Depending on the skill

Basic Requirements

Requirements & Preferences

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Professional-minded and able to work well in a team
  • Experience working with children and/or a background in child development or sports (preferred)
  • TESOL certification (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with the IB curriculum (preferred but not required)
  • Interest in working with children aged 3–15
  • Passion for sports, health, gymnastics, or coaching
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Currently holds a valid working visa in Japan
  • Available at least 2–3 days per week, including at least weekend day

勤務時間・曜日:

Timetable & Schedule Examples * New Project : IGS Basketball Academy

Location: Omori Dai-san Elementary School (Gymnasium)

  • Saturday (Twice in a month):15:30–17:30

IGS Academy – Physical Education Program

Locations: Kamata & Ikegami (Ota Ward)

  • Saturday:16:00–18:00 at Kamata
  • Sunday:9:00–11:00 at Kamata
