オープニング募集 コールセンター 粗大ごみ受付
お任せするのは、自治体の粗大ごみ受付を担当するコールセンターでのオペレーター業務。
地域の暮らしを支える、やりがいのあるお仕事です。
勤務は月曜~日曜の中で週4日以上のシフト制。
日々の残業は基本なく、シフトは柔軟に調整出来ます。
プライベートとの両立ができ、働きやすいところが魅力です。
これまでの経験を活かしながら、スムーズに業務に入れるようサポートします。

仕事内容
自治体の粗大ごみ受付を担当するコールセンターオペレーターのお仕事です。
地域住民からの電話問い合わせに対応し、必要な情報を正確に伝える重要な役割を担い
ます。
【主な仕事内容】
- 粗大ごみに関する問い合わせ対応
- 受付業務および情報提供
- 電話応対後のデータ入力
- 問い合わせ内容の記録と報告
- 定期的な研修参加によるスキル向上
シフト制での勤務になりますので、柔軟な働き方が可能です。
地域に貢献しながら、コミュニケーションスキルを活かしたい方をお待ちしております。
給与
時給1,400~1,600円(経験・能力による)
※研修期間あり(40時間から80時間程度):時給1,250円

[1]8:00~17:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)
[2]9:00~18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)
[3]10:00~19:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)
月曜日~日曜日の中で週4日以上(月曜日、祝日明けは出勤必須)
資格・経験
コールセンターやカスタマーサポートの経験がある方
