viviONのコミック内製ユニットは、「ユーザーとクリエイターが楽しみながら、生きていける社会にする」というパーパス達成のために、外注や作家依存ではなく、企画から制作までを社内で完結させる「スタジオ型」の体制でオリジナル作品を創出する部署です。

従来の編集者が作家と二人三脚で作るスタイルとは異なり、会社の戦略やマーケティング意図を100%反映した作品づくりを目指しています。

【コミック内製 マネージャー候補】 は、制作ラインの管理と組織運営を担うポジションです。

編集・ディレクション業務に集中している現リーダーと分担し、あなたは主に「制作デスク」や「プロデューサー」のような立ち位置で、制作スケジュールの管理、他部署やIPチームとの交渉、そしてメンバーのキャリア構築や評価制度の策定を担います。

クリエイター気質のメンバーに対し、ビジネス視点や成果への意識(売れるための制作)を植え付け、組織をスタジオとして自走できる状態へ導いていただきます。

当社は事業拡大に伴い、自社オリジナル作品の制作ラインを強化しています。

現在、現場のリーダーが編集・ディレクション業務とマネジメント業務を兼務しており、制作ラインを増やすための体制構築が追いついていない状況です。

また、所属メンバーは「作ることが好き」なクリエイターが多く、ビジネスとしての成果(売上や納期、市場ニーズ)への意識改革や、長期的なキャリア形成の支援が必要とされています。

そこで、アニメ制作のデスクや進行管理のような役割を担い、制作体制の安定化とメンバーの意識変革をリードしていただける方を募集します。

・制作ラインのリソース管理、スケジュール管理(制作デスク業務)

・社内IPチームや外部パートナーとの制作条件・方向性の交渉(対外交渉)

・メンバーの目標設定、評価、キャリアパスの策定および育成

・「売れる作品づくり」に向けた組織の意識改革と体制構築

・制作フローの整備と、メンバーが自律的に動ける仕組みづくり

求める人物像


【 必要な条件/経験 】

・アニメーション制作会社での制作デスク、または制作進行(リーダー/チーフ級)の3年以上の実務経験

  • もしくは、Webtoonスタジオ等での多人数ラインの進行管理・マネジメント経験3年以上

・複数のステークホルダー(社内外)との折衝・交渉経験

【 歓迎される経験/スキル 】

・女性比率の高い組織(6割以上など)でのマネジメントや円滑なコミュニケーション経験

・クリエイターの評価制度策定や、キャリア面談の実施経験

・プロジェクトの予算管理(PL管理)の経験

・柔和で話しやすい雰囲気作りができつつ、ビジネスとしての判断軸をぶらさずに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力

上記の年収額は、弊社における平均的な残業時間である20時間/月の残業代12ヶ月分と、

賞与2回分をそれぞれ1ヶ月分の給与が支給された場合の合計金額となります。

※企画型裁量労働の場合

企画業務型裁量労働制の適用対象となり、給与は年俸制で、月給×12ヶ月分が想定年収となります。
