【仕事内容】
- 日本ハムグループが掲げるDX推進において、同社の役割はとても大きいものになっています。
(ニッポンハムグループの機能子会社で唯一、システムの企画・開発・保守・運用サービスを担っています。)
グループとしてDXを活用した既存事業の効率化・生産性の向上および新規事業の立ち上げを加速し、
10年後には食のサービス・顧客価値についてデジタルを通じたビジネスモデルを目指しています。

【業務内容】:・全社基幹システムの刷新プロジェクトの実施
・システム更新に伴う業務プロセスの見直しおよび改革の企画・実行
・IT/デジタル技術を活用した業務効率化および事業成長への貢献する仕組みの構築
・関係部門との連携によるプロジェクト管理および業務課題の解決支援
【案件事例】:ニッポンハムグループ内の食肉事業における大規模基幹システム刷新(SAP移行)

510万円~880万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【事業内容・会社の特長】
・ニッポンハムグループのシステムにまつわる企画(一部、日本ハム(株)IT戦略部と協働)、開発、保守メンテナンス、
稼働監視や事業部門の業務プロセス見直し等の業務コンサルを行います。
・ハム・ソーセージの製造から始まったニッポンハムグループの事業。
現在では、多くの調理加工品や水産品、乳製品、健康食品などバラエティ豊かな食材や商品にまで広がりを見せています。
日本ハムシステムソリューションズはそれら事業に精通したSI(システム・インテグレーター)組織です。
また、会計(経理)や人事 等、本社間接部門のシステムも担当し、
日本ハム(株)経営戦略部門と協働にてホームページの構築・改変やマーケティング活動の支援も行っています。
・ニッポンハムグループ基幹システムの統合・再構築(Connect Project)への参画し、事業に対して密着した事業貢献を行っています。
・グループ全体のネットワーク構築、スマートワーク環境構築、
海外も含めたセキュリティシステムなどインフラ基盤構築の企画・設計・運用を実施しています。
・RPA、IoT、AI、AR・VRも用いたペーパーレスシステム等の新技術の調査、
PoCに加え、事業部への提案・開発・運用を通じて、DXの推進を支援しています。
・IT投資に対する効果創出するためのITリテラシー向上のためのトレーニング・サポートデスクを運営しています。
