仕訳入力、伝票処理
- 売上、入金、支払管理
店舗売上データの確認を含む
- 経費精算処理および内容確認
- 請求書、支払明細の作成および管理
- 月次、年次決算の補助業務
- 税理士、会計事務所との連絡、資料提出等の補助
- 社内各部門との数値確認、調整
店舗、サプライチェーン、人事部門との連携
- その他、経理および総務関連の付随業務

資金運用および運用資産の管理補助
売上予測に関する試算、資料作成

求める人材:
- 経理実務経験(目安:2年以上)
- 基本的な会計知識(仕訳、貸借、損益の理解)
- Excelの基本操作(SUM、IF、VLOOKUP 等)
- 正確性・期限意識を持って業務に取り組める方⸻
- 歓迎スキル
- 小売・飲食・チェーンビジネスでの経理経験
- 月次決算を一部でも担当した経験
- 会計ソフト(freee、マネーフォワード、弥生など)の使用経験
- 複数店舗・複数部門の数値管理経験
- 英語または中国語の読み書き(簡単な請求書対応レベル)
- コミュニケーション・調整能力(必須)
- 店舗スタッフ/店長/本部との円滑なコミュニケーション
- トラブル時の初動対応・ヒアリング能力

実務経験のない方は今回の選考対象外となります。
勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間は固定時間制で、<月曜日~金曜日>の<10:00~19:00>までとなります。
昼休憩は<13:00>から<14:00>までの<1>時間です。残業が発生する場合もありますが、事前に通知いたします。
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)
- 特別休暇制度あり(慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇など)
勤務地:
原則屋内禁煙、(喫煙室なし)

最寄の<外苑前>駅から徒歩約<5>分の距離に位置しています。また、通勤に便利な立地ですので、快適に通勤していただけます。
給与:
- 昇給・賞与あり(前年度実績に基づく)昇給年<1>回、賞与年<1~2>回(7月、12月)
