  • アウトレット店舗の運営、店舗数字管理、施策立案・実行
  • シーズン、施策ごとのVMD・商品ラインナップの選定
  • 出店計画立案、PL策定
  • 新規出店のためのリサーチ、物件選定、ディベロッパー様との交渉

業務イメージ


当社が運営するアウトレット店舗の運営業務と新規出店業務が主な業務となります。

店舗運営:担当店舗を3〜5店舗受け持ち、各店舗の売上管理・施策検討・売上分析及び課題と

要因に応じて委託先のエリアマネージャーや店長との連携を行います。

定期的に店舗視察を行い、様々な側面から課題を抽出しソリューション提案を

行いながら収益最大化を目指します。

新規出店:ご経験・適性に応じて、市場調査や新規物件の情報収集、デベロッパー交渉など

新規出店に向けた戦略戦術を実行する業務全般などを行います。

必須スキル・経験

  • 店舗運営、店舗開発経験もしくはデベロッパーでの折衝経験があること
  • 事業側にいらっしゃる場合は、日用品の経験を求めています
  • マネジメント経験(3人以上のチーム)
  • MOSの基本操作/Excel(LOOKUP関数・PIVOT)Power Point
  • 第一種自動車免許

チャレンジ枠での採用も検討しており年収の幅があります。

・9:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)
・フレックス勤務有(コアタイム11:00?16:00)
