仕事内容:

システム開発プロジェクトにおいて、開発チームが円滑に業務を進めるための運営サポート業務をご担当いただきます。

技術実装は行わず、情報整理や調整業務、資料作成などを中心に、プロジェクトの土台を支える役割です。

■ 業務内容

・プロジェクト状況の取りまとめ、情報整理

・打ち合わせの日程調整および準備対応

・会議内容の記録、対応事項の整理

・定例資料や報告資料の作成補助

・関係メンバーへの連絡、情報共有

・各種書類や資料の体裁調整、清書対応

・プロジェクト運営に関わる付随業務全般

■ 必須スキル

・プロジェクト関連業務のサポート経験

・Excel、PowerPoint、Wordを用いた業務経験

・会議調整や記録作成の実務経験

・業務上の日本語コミュニケーションに問題がない方

・英語の簡単な文章を確認・やり取りできる方(翻訳ツール利用可)

■ 歓迎スキル

・各種報告資料、説明資料の作成経験

・英語を用いたドキュメント対応経験

・管理方法や業務フロー変更への対応経験

給与:

月給:90万円〜110万円

年俸:1080万円~1320万円
