■ポジション概要

営業責任者と共にセールス組織を統括し、戦略立案から実行までをリード。プレイングマネージャーとして大手開拓を推進しつつ、組織拡大に向けたマネジメントをしていただきます。

■業務内容

・営業戦略の立案と実行および経営チームへの参画

・エンタープライズ企業へのプレイング営業と売上創出

・フィールドセールス等の組織運営と人材育成

・業務効率化およびチームマネジメントの遂行

・他部門と連携したクロスセル推進と機会最大化

・新プロダクトの拡販戦略立案と市場開拓

■必須条件

以下全てを満たす方

・SaaSやソフトウェアなどの無形IT商材での法人営業経験 5年以上

・エンタープライズ企業(従業員1,000名以上)への新規アカウント開拓経験 3年以上

・営業組織のマネジメント経験 3年以上(10名以上のチームマネジメント経験)

・高い営業成果を出された実績(社内表彰、トップセールス等)

■歓迎条件

・成長ベンチャー・スタートアップでの営業部長、執行役員経験

・営業組織の立ち上げ、拡大経験(10名→50名規模等)

・複数プロダクトの営業戦略立案・実行経験

・営業企画、セールスイネーブルメントのご経験

・営業戦略立案、組織最適化、仕組化のご経験

・新プロダクトのGo-to-Market戦略立案・実行経験

・AIプロダクトのセールス経験

・PdMやエンジニアを巻き込み、顧客の課題解決を行った経験

・生成AIに関する知識
