仕事内容:
銀行が発行するデビットカードに関するお問い合わせの対応です。
対応内容の入力業務や付随業務もお願いします。
具体的には
・カードが使えず困っているお客様からの入電
・身に覚えのない請求が発生したお客様からの入電
・二重引き落としや注文キャンセル後の状況確認、
カード有効期限前後での状況確認の対応
電話業務を習得後、チャット対応へ移行します。
(電話7割/チャット3割)

座学研修:約2週間
OJT :座学研修終了後~約1ヶ月
8:50~18:00(土日祝休み)
※OJTから土日祝含むシフト制になる可能性あり
