■業務概要
同社の東京本社(台東区蔵前)にて、主に親会社であるJFEスチールおよび、グループ企業の生産工場や プラントの意匠設計業務全般をお任せいたします。
【業務詳細】
〇企画・構想等の基本設計提案(プロポーザル等)
〇基本設計/実施設計/耐震診断・設計/遵法化対応 ※グループ企業の案件は全体の約5割で、残りは外部からの案件です。
【案件について】
事務所・生産施設・プラントに限らず、外部の案件の場合、官庁(庁舎、試験場、官舎、学校等)や、民間の物流施設などもございます。
【配属先情報】
建築部:45名 ※意匠設計担当:約半数

■必須条件:
〇一級建築士をお持ちの方
〇ゼネコンや設計事務所で意匠設計の経験をお持ちの方(目安として8~10年以上)

〇鉄骨造の建築物の設計実務経験
ゼネコンや設計事務所での意匠設計のご経験

【給与】
■年収:630万~900万円(31~40歳例)
■月給:35万~49万円(31~40歳例)
※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
※月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。

■賞与:年2回+4月に業績連動賞与あり
■残業手当:有
■係長・副課長は時間外20時間分(62,000円~)は月次給に含む。超過分は別途支給。
