Wix Partner Success Managers チームの一員として、クライアント向け Web サイトを構築するエージェンシーにとって「Wix が第一の選択肢」となることを目指していただきます。

日々の業務では、主に日本市場を対象に、以下のような役割を担っていただきます。

  • 日本市場を中心に、既存・新規問わず Wix パートナーおよびトップユーザーとの強固なリレーションシップを構築・維持する
  • 勤務時間のおよそ 30〜50% を、日本国内の有力なクリエイティブエージェンシー/デジタルエージェンシーに向けた Wix および Wix Partner Program の提案活動に充て、新規のトップエージェンシーの獲得・オンボーディング施策を推進する
  • Wix パートナーおよびトップユーザーの「Advocacy (代弁者)」として、その課題やプロダクト上のギャップを把握し、プロダクトロードマップへのフィードバックに貢献する
  • 対面ミーティングやオンラインミーティングを通じて、プロダクトの活用支援を行い、技術トレーニングの機会を創出する
  • Wix パートナーおよびトップユーザーのリテンション(継続利用)に関して責任を持ち、Wix を活用してビジネスを拡大できる新たな機会を発掘・提案する

資格

  • アカウントマネジメント、パートナーサクセス、または B2B SaaS セールス領域での経験が 5 年以上ある方(いずれか、もしくは類似するご経験を歓迎)
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、またはそれに相当する読み書き・会話能力
  • グローバルチームとの協業のため、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方を強く歓迎
  • プロダクトのハンズオンな活用支援を通じて、信頼と安心感を生み出せる、自然な関係構築力
  • 複数の優先事項をバランスよくマネジメントし、期限通りにプロジェクトを自立して推進できる能力
  • 変化の激しいダイナミックな環境下で成果を出し、グローバルな市場環境の変化に柔軟に適応してきた実績
  • オンラインマーケティング、アナリティクス、データ分析の経験があり、そこから得られたインサイトをわかりやすく示し、アクションにつなげた経験があれば尚可
