仕事内容:

当社ブランドにおいて、

デザインを軸に、ブランドづくり全体に関わっていただきます。

単なる制作業務ではなく、

企画段階から関わり、ブランドの世界観を形にしていくポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

・商品・ブランドのビジュアルデザイン(企画含む)

・SNS(Instagram 等)用クリエイティブ制作・企画

・百貨店店舗の売場デザイン、什器・ビジュアルの検討

・イベント、POPUP、ラウンジ等の空間デザイン補助

・外部デザイナー/制作会社とのやり取り、ディレクション補助

※最初からすべてをお任せすることはありません。

得意分野を軸に、徐々に領域を広げていただきます。

アピールポイント:

・デザインだけでなく、企画や意思決定の近くで仕事ができます

・百貨店、リアル店舗、イベントなど、実体のあるアウトプットが多い環境です

・小規模チームのため、自分のデザインがそのまま現場に反映されます

・「言われたものを作る」より、「どう見せるか」を一緒に考える仕事です

・デザインが好きで、ブランドづくりに興味がある方

・SNSやトレンドに対して感度がある方

・手を動かすだけでなく、考えることも苦ではない方

・完璧な指示がなくても、仮説を立てて動ける方

・社内外の人とコミュニケーションを取りながら進められる方

勤務時間・曜日:

・雇用形態:正社員 または 契約社員(応相談)

・勤務地:東京都内(外出・出張あり)

・勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間)

・残業:基本なし(繁忙期を除く)

・給与:経験・能力により応相談

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制
