【仕事内容】

アパレルブランド『Amilige』(アミリージュ)のEC・SNS運用チームの一員として多岐にわたる業務を担当していただきます。現在企画中の新規ブランドの立ち上げプロジェクトにも関わるチャンスがあります。

【具体的には】

・ECサイトおよびSNS用の画像・動画作成

・ECサイトおよびSNSの企画およびアイデア出し

・インフルエンサーやYouTuberとのコラボイベント業務

・商品撮影やモデル撮影のアシスタント業務(社内および外部スタジオでの撮影)

・有名インフルエンサーやYouTuberと直接関わる機会があります

・多岐に渡る業務を通じて幅広いスキルが身につきます

アピールポイント:

10代〜20代向けのユニセックスアパレルブランド『Amilige』を中心に複数のブランドを展開している当社。

2025年秋には新ブランド『Ruze』(ルゼ)をローンチしており、ファッション業界での存在感をさらに高めています。

ECサイト運営では、公式オンラインストアに加え、2024年秋よりZOZOTOWNにも出店。

商品ページの更新や販促キャンペーンの運用により、売上・アクセスともに急成長中です。

SNS運用では、公式X(旧Twitter)・TikTok・Instagramを活用し、新作情報やブランドの世界観を発信。

フォロワー数・エンゲージメントともに年々伸びており、多くのファンを獲得しています。

さらに、中国向けSNS「RED(小紅書)」でも公式アカウントを開設し、海外のファンに向けた発信にも注力。

国内外に向けてブランドを広げていく、グローバルな取り組みも始まっています。

今回は、これらのECサイト運営・SNS運用を担う新メンバーを募集します。

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥242,500 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,570〜¥75,950(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

448万円/歳 入社半年、経験5年程度(月給30万円+諸手当)

320万円/26歳 経験3年程度(月給26万円+諸手当)
