・現在開発中の新しいSaaSラインナップも含めSaaS事業部のCS統括
【具体的には】
・カスタマーサクセスのKPI設計、可視化、ボトルネックの特定、key acctionの設定
・上記に付随する社内CRMの構築
・CRM連携サービスのセットアップフォローやオンボーディング構築
・チャーンレート最小化のためのテックタッチ促進
・プロダクトサイドへのフィードバックサイクルの確立とブラッシュアップ
【求める人材】
以下いずれかのご経験(2年以上)
・SaasのセールスまたはCS(カスタマーサクセス)経験
・コンサルティングファームでのPM、コンサル経験
・プリセールス等でのシステム提案経験

・マネジメント経験(1年以上・~5名でも可)

【給与】
年収720~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
