Concept, create, and optimize communication for regional and country campaigns. Leverage strategic thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives. Oversee marketing channel inventory, allocating, using, and optimizing channels for partners/vertical campaigns. Ensure placements drive desired business outcomes without compromising user experience. ownership of market plan for customer communication and communication inventory. Understand full view of communication, including global programs and local sends to user bases. Execute communication plan, analyze outcomes, and monitor opt-outs. Collaborate with global marketing automation team to optimize customer journey. Maintain clear communication plan overview. Foster experimentation culture to optimize value creation. Collaborate with Consumer Business and other functions to define growth levers and unlock insights. Collaborate with global teams to align market strategies with global standards. Experience in CRM role, with focus on segmentation, life-cycle management, and stakeholder management. Good record of successful cross-channel life-cycle communication. Experience with end-to-end planning, development, and execution of large-scale engaging life-cycle campaigns. Customer-first attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to put yourself in customer shoes. Comfortable working with different departments and senior stakeholders, self-starter, and impact-driven. Technically-savvy, comfortable with technical matters, and care about how communication looks and what message is sent to users. Quick learner, problem solver, and strong analytical mindset. Fluent in English and Japanese.
