Tokyo The Qt Company Full time
Join Qt Group as a Renewal Specialist in Japan and manage your book of renewal business in your assigned territory. Utilize CRM tools to coordinate renewal activities, build strong relationships with customers and Account Managers, and ensure a positive customer experience with a focus on retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful Management of renewal opportunities

  • Communicating closely and regularly with customers through online meetings, phone, and email

  • Discovering potential license expansions to refer up-and cross-selling opportunities to Account Managers

  • Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to manage your business book and document customer engagements

  • Giving sales forecasts from own opportunities to Line Manager

  • Carrying out customer success activities to ensure customers get the best value from their products

  • Holding pricing discussions with customers, considering price history, customer situation, and company standard pricing



Requirements (Importance level in order):

  • 5+ years of Renewals experience in a high-growth software company

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Independent and confident work style

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other Customer Success tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
