Candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day support functions of the trading desk including trade booking, trade reconciliation, P&L analysis, and new desk functionality.
The candidate should have a foundational knowledge of markets, a key eye for detail, a high degree of motivation and deep analytic skills.

Responsibilities
Working with trading teams to process trade execution across the trade lifecycle
Working in a team environment that closely integrates trading, technology and operational excellence
Working with the trading desk to manage risk breaks, assist with executions and middle office functions
Automating operational workflows and partnering with developers and technology teams to architect, build, and deliver robust platforms to reduce manual overhead and risk
Developing robust processes to aid in the deployment of new trading capabilities
Coordinating with developers to help with releases and testing for new software
Coordinating efforts with Trading, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth expansion and day to day operation of the business
Liaising with operations, accounting and business management departments to develop and answer ad hoc requests
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of OTC markets
Experience interfacing with trading and technology systems
Experience automating tasks and producing analysis in Python
Process driven approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across multiple groups
A highly analytic mentality and a rigorous attention to detail
A completed bachelor's degree from a top tier university in economics, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, mathematics, physics or a related field
