岗位职责:
The onsite analyst will support a global investment bank's Japan IBD team in below areas:
Research Services:
Research Reports/Investment Research, Filings, News, Public Information Books, Ownership Information, Analyst Opinions, Economic Data, Ratings Reports, Pricing Information, Sector Research, Any other specified content
Analytics Services:
Company Profiles, Board Members Affiliations, Comparable Company Analysis (trading comps), Pitch-book Support, Industry Primers, Deal Profiles and Case Studies, Newsletters, Public Information Books (PIBs), Financial Modeling & Valuation, Precedent Transaction Analysis, Stock Market Data, Earnings Summary, Any other ad-hoc/ in-depth analysis
Pitchbooks:
Updating / drafting detailed pitchbooks encompassing company overview, competitive benchmarking, share price performance, financial and operating benchmarking, and analysts' ratings and recommendations
Company Profiling:
Detailed company profile drafts covering business overview, product and service offerings, key financials, business strategy, and share price analysis
Transaction & Company Comparables:
Creating / maintaining set(s) of comparables to calculate Enterprise Value / Transaction Value for companies and precedent transactions, to calculate financial and valuation ratios
Case Studies:
Drafting situation-oriented reports, highlighting the history of scenario, status quo, recent developments, and future outlook
Target Identification & Screening:
Identifying a list of potential targets for the financial and strategic buyer(s) in a specific industry sector across Asia
Desktop Research:
Collecting financial and operational metrics using the web and other databases such as FactSet, ThomsonOne, Capital IQ, WIND and Caixin
Ad-Hoc Projects:
Handling ad-hoc requests as per client requirements
任职要求:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with a major in finance and accounting
- Strong accounting and financial skills
- Relevant IBD research experience
- Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
- Good MS Office Skills
- Excellent communication and written skills in Japanese and English
- Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
- Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission
- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
