・経理アウトソーシング、振込代行業務の管理・設計

ex.)振込代行、請求書発行代行、資金繰管理、納税管理など

・メンバーの教育・指導

・バックオフィス業務改善のコンサルティング

・システムの導入

月給 350,000円〜500,000円

年収:500万円~700万円

※上記月給には45時間分の固定残業代手当を含みます(130,100円~195,100円)超過分は別途支給いたします。

※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

※月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。

賞与実績:年2回

昇給実績:年1回

地下鉄さっぽろ駅より徒歩1分、JR札幌駅より徒歩3分

*マイカー通勤 可(駐車場各自手配)

札幌営業所

【勤務時間】


フレックスタイム制(コアタイム 11:00~16:00)

標準就業時間 9:00~18:00(休憩時間:60分)

時間外労働:有 ※20:00完全退社推奨。

税理士や公認会計士の専門学校に通う場合は時短勤務可、変形労働時間制選択可

(実際に家族の都合に合わせて、午後から出勤する社員もいます。)

リモート勤務:有

【応募資格】


【必須要件】

下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・会計事務所、税理士法人、税理士事務所での経験3年以上

・経理アウトソーシング会社での経験3年以上

・事業会社での経理経験3年以上

【優遇要件】

・メンバーの教育経験

・コンサルティング業務経験

  • クライアントのニーズを聞き、業務設計をしていきます

・チームとして成果をあげた経験

・システム導入の経験

・ITリテラシーの高い方(新しいツールを使うことが得意・好きな方)
