仕事内容:

コンサルティング事業部の業務BPOチームにて、経理BPOコンサルタントとして、以下の業務をお任せします。

・クライアント企業の経営改善に関わる経理体制の構築や適切な経理業務に向けた経理代行業務

・経理の伝票仕訳・入力作業などの事務作業を行うアシスタント数名の配置・育成や工数、体制などヒトモノカネ全体のマネジメント

・クライアント企業から相談を受け、社外経理的な立ち位置で関わります

アピールポイント:

親会社である銀行の取引先がクライアントとなります。

また、クライアントからのリピート率が高く、案件の6割がリピートです。

中小企業の経営者へのヒアリングから、プロジェクトの方向性を確認し、実際に手を動かし作業も行います。

クライアントに寄り添い、実際に運用できるように伴走して支援を続けます。

求める人材:

Excel、Wordの基礎的な操作が問題ない方で、以下いずれかのご経験者

・事業会社にて、仕訳・記帳代行の経理実務経験3年以上

・会計事務所にて、資格をお持ちでなくても、3年以上の業務経験

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間7時間20分/日、コアタイム無し)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・年間休日120日(夏季休暇・年末年始休暇)

・有給休暇(入社半年経過後に10日付与)

・その他(子の看護等休暇等)

勤務地:

・道内各地への出張あり、出張手当支給

・受動喫煙防止措置:喫煙室設置

アクセス:

・最寄り駅・・・各線「大通駅」地下直結

・車通勤不可

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,500,000 〜 ¥4,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥82,848〜¥106,518(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年間俸給額の16分の1を毎月の給与として支給し、残りの半分ずつを6月・12月に賞与として支給

月給:218,750~281,250 円

賞与(夏冬合計):875,000~ 1,125,000円

上記額にはみなし残業代(月45時間分、82,848 ~106,518円)を含みます。※超過分は全額支給します
