【具体的な業務内容】

お客様から改装や建築の依頼いただいて、設計と施工管理を行います。

設計では、建築物の用途や規模に応じて仕様を決定したり図面を作成したりする仕事です。

外観や内部の意匠の設計、地震や風雨に耐える構造の設計、配管や電気などの設備の設計といった業務があります。

そしてお客様と打ち合わせを行い、実際に施工を行う会社に依頼します。

施工管理は、設計図に基づき実際に工事を行って建築物を完成させる仕事です。必要な資材や作業員の手配、工事の進行管理、完成した建築物の検査などといった業務があります。

建築士2級以上

大卒以上

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00

実働7時間30分(休憩90分)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥220,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(22時間18分相当分)を含む。22時間18分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

◇給与は社内規定に基づいて算定します。

大学 初任給/220,000円

◇資格手当(宅地建物取引士/月額20,000円 等)

その他57種類の資格手当有総月額176,000円

◇通勤手当 会社規定に基づき支給上限23,600円/月
