仕事内容:

【お仕事の内容と研修の流れ】

エーユー(au)の商品を扱う販売店にて、

先輩社員のサポート業務等、補助業務から始めて頂き、

段階的にお仕事をお任せ致します。

(経験者の方は短縮可)

商品の陳列やスマホの操作説明、

POP作成 (研修有り)等、

簡単なお仕事から段階的にお任せ致します。

日常的に使っているスマホや携帯電話が商品なので、

未経験スタートの方でも始めやすいお仕事です。

職場の雰囲気に慣れて頂いた後、

ご来店者様の接客受付、

料金プランやサービスのご説明や受付、

機種変更等の携帯電話の販売 等、

簡単なお仕事から段階的にお任せ致します。

(資格取得で別途資格手当あり)

研修内容

(経験者の方は短縮可)

①座学にて、接客マナーや商品の研修 (約1カ月程度)

②先輩社員の販売サポート業務 (約2~3カ月程度)

③スマホの操作方法等のご案内業務 (約2~3ヶ月程度)

④お客様の受付業務 (約3~6カ月程度)

⑤接客、販売スタート

個人の携帯キャリアの変更は問いません。

ソフトバンクやドコモ、楽天モバイル等、

その他の帯会社をお持ちの方もご応募下さい。

正社員:267,000円~347,000円スタート

(資格取得で資格手当や諸手当等、別途手当有り)

試用期間:6ヶ月:235,200円:(経験に応じ短縮有)

Yモバイル、UQモバイル、楽天モバイル

その他格安携帯の携帯ショップやラウンダー経験、

家電量販店やイオンモバイルやイオンモールの携帯コーナー、

インターネット回線の営業等、通信業業界経験者の方の給与は、

面接にて決定致します。
