仕事内容:

メディアで取材を多数受けている住宅街の隠れ家的バナナジュース専門店を運営してくれるスタッフを募集しています。

(対応業務)

・販売・接客業務(レジでの会計業務等)

・仕込み、簡単な調理

・バナナの搬入・棚ならべ、皮むき

・清掃、後片付け 等

※未経験の方でも簡単にできます。

■一日の流れ(平日の例)

10:15 出勤、オープン準備

10:30 開店。店頭業務開始

調理・販売業務・デリバリー対応

仕込み、衛生管理業務等

15:30 退勤

17:00 店頭業務開始

調理・販売業務・デリバリー対応

仕込み、バナナ皮むき等

21:00 店頭閉店

レジ締め・店頭閉店作業

21:30 デリバリー閉店

キッチン清掃、ゴミ廃棄

22:00 退勤

※15:30~20:30勤務は10:15~15:30の勤務内容に準じます。

■組織体制

店長と二人三脚で店舗運営をお願いできればと思っています。

※通常の店舗業務以外にも簡単なデータ入力作業等を行っていただくことがあります。

※また、ご希望があれば、商品開発や販促・マーケティング施策(販促企画やPOP作り、SNS運用等) をお手伝いいただくこともあります。

アピールポイント:

例)

・商品開発⇒バナナケーキやブリスボールといった現在の店頭販売商品をスタッフが開発。

・POP⇒店内のPOPは全てスタッフが作ったものです。

・SNS運用⇒インスタグラムの運用を一部スタッフに委任し、企画・撮影・編集・投稿・振り返りなども一緒にやっています。

・将来飲食店経営を考えられている方には開業ノウハウなどもお伝えします。

勤務時間・曜日:

平日 :10:15~15:30、15:30~20:30、17:00~22:00

土日祝 :10:15~15:30、15:30~20:30、17:00~22:00

週2~3日勤務可能な方

※週1日からでもOK。

※土日祝に入れる方歓迎。

勤務地:

・姉妹店の錦糸町マルイ店(墨田区江東橋3-9-10)に応援勤務を依頼することがあります。

・職場敷地内は完全禁煙

アクセス:

都営三田線 白山駅 徒歩7分

東京メトロ南北線 本駒込駅 徒歩13分

給与:

・月10日以上の出勤で精勤手当5000円支給

・姉妹店の錦糸町店に応援出勤いただける場合は時給+30円(別途交通費支給)

待遇・福利厚生:

・月10回以上の出勤で交通費として5000円支給します。

・一日1杯好きなバナナジュースを飲めます。

・正社員登用検討可能
