【ミッション】

運転支援・自動運転システム開発における性能実験、またはHILSなどバーチャルテスト環境の開発を担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

・EuroNCAP2029バーチャルテスティングに向けた技術構築

・ACC制御のバーチャルテスト環境構築

・FullAutoParking制御のバーチャルテスト環境構築

<使用ツール>

CANデータ解析ツール、GPS計測装置、ステアリング/ペダルロボット、Matlab/Simulink, dSPACE ControlDesk、CarSim等

自動車業界において、100年に1度の大変革期にあり、CASE(コネクト、自動運転、シェアリング、電動車両)への対応を推進していく中で、

お客様に安心で快適な移動を提供するための運転支援・自動運転システムを開発し、より多くのお客様に届けることを目指しています。

少しでも早くお客様に届けられるように、運転支援・自動運転システムの基盤技術開発および商品化開発を促進するため、技術開発から品質造りこみまで一連の業務を担当する仲間を必要としています。

【組織構成】〈募集部門〉

運転支援・自動運転支援システム(e-Assist、Mi-Pilot)の量産開発として、性能評価、適合実験を担当しています。

■予防安全・運転支援、自動運転システムの技術開発および量産開発

・車両目標性能の設定(世界の最新機能の調査など)

・各機能の性能評価および適合実験の計画、実行、まとめ

・世界各国における市場情報の調査(道路環境も含む)

・最先端実験設備の計画/導入/運用

・xILS(MILS/SILS/HILS/VILS)の技術開発/運用/試験結果解析

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・工学系の基礎知識、物理学、機械工学、電気/電子/制御系いずれかの知識

・自動車の開発に携わりたいという気持ちの強い方

・自動車普通免許(AT限定不可)

・Excel、Word、PowerPointの操作と作成能力

・自動車の適合、制御(駆動、エンジン、排ガス、ブレーキ制御等)におけるいずれかの開発若しくは試験経験

・ 英語でのコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC 500点以上またはビジネス会話程度以上)

【歓迎要件】

・ AD/ADASについての用語および法規の知識

・ プログラミングスキル(C、C++、Python等)

・ 開発グループ内のマネージメント経験

・ xILS(MILS/SILS/HILS/VILS)の環境開発経験

・ 英語でのコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC 600点以上またはビジネス会話程度以上)

【給与】

年収 650 ~ 950 万円

基本給: 376,200 円 ~

賞与:年2回。(支給額は業績と評価により決定)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
