【業務内容】

  • 営業チームの指導、育成、モチベーション向上を行い、組織としての収益機会を生み出す。
  • 月次および四半期ごとの販売計画の策定と実行
  • 顧客とのミーティング、プレゼンテーション、交渉をする。
  • 各担当者と週次予測レビューと四半期進捗レビューセッションを実施する。
  • チームが確立された目標と基準を満たすよう、生産性、機会ファネル、品質の管理
  • チームをより効率的にするための継続的なプロセスの改善、提案、システムの導入

【応募条件】

  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
  • 5-10年のソフトウェア営業経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップのあるチームプレーヤーであること
  • 営業チームのマネジメント経験
  • 主体性があること
  • 大卒以上
