新規顧客の開拓から既存顧客でのシェア拡大に至るまで、ダイレクト・セールス・チームはビジネスチャンスを逃しません。その対象が、地域、製品ライン、業種、チャネル、市場セグメントのどれであっても、チームのゴールは1つ、企業や組織のエンドユーザーとの関係の深化と、有意義なビジネスの創造です。

Responsibility:
アカウント営業部門にて、大手金融機関およびそのグループ企業のお客様をご担当頂きます。
データ活用、分析を中心とした、お客様のビジネスに貢献できるインフラソリューション及びコンサルティング、クラウドネイティブなアプリケーションを迅速に開発するためのPaaS、基幹業務アプリのクラウド化に強みを持つクラウドサービス、仮想化ソリューションなど、幅広いソリューションを駆使しながら、ご担当頂くお客様のビジネス全般をマネージする責任のある仕事です。
お客様のビジネス成長のカギとなる、未来に向けたデジタルトランスフォーメーション、また、IT、ワークスタイルトランスフォーメーション、セキュリティトランスフォーメーションを牽引頂きます。
職務内容
- 顧客との関係構築を通して課題や要望を汲み取り、顧客のビジネス成長を支援する
- 新規開拓及び既存深耕を通して、四半期及び年間の売り上げ目標を達成する
- アカウントプランを作成し、四半期毎の計画立案と進捗管理および目標達成の為のリーダーシップをとる
- SEやサポート、各ビジネスユニット等の社内関係者及び外部パートナーとの連携を通じて、顧客に最適なソリューションを提供する為の体制を構築し、継続的なパイプラインの増加及び受注を獲得する
- ビジネスおよび製品の価値を顧客に伝え、顧客のデジタルトランスフォーメーション、ITトランスフォーメーションを支援し、更なるマーケットシェアを獲得する
Requirements:
必須
- 大企業のお客様へ直接、またはハイタッチの営業経験お客様へシステムやソリューションを提案することができる基礎的なIT知識
- アカウントプランニング及びソリューションセリングスキル
- 緊迫感を持ち、お客様に対して四半期ベースで戦略的なアプローチの実行経験
- 経営者(CXO)レベルへの営業経験
- 学士、または同等の学力
