【職務内容】
■法務・人事・労務のアドバイザー・コンサルタントとして、M&Aを中心とした企業の事業再編フェーズにおける法務領域、人事労務領域や組織ガバナンス領域のご支援を行います。
【具体的には】
▽データ・AI利活用支援
■プライバシーデータ等の分類調査・リスク評価、利活用に向けたストラクチャー検討支援
■データ・AI利活用に係るガバナンス体制構築支援
▽法規戦略・政策立案支援
■クライアントの事業実現に向けた現行法令調査、戦略・政策立案支援
▽組織・ガバナンス体制に関する支援
■会社設立、取締役会・各種委員会等の設置、規程整備、コーポレート運営支援
■コンプライアンス体制、リスクマネジメント体制構築支援
■役員セクセッションプラン、役員報酬設計支援
▽M&A人事・労務領域の支援
■人事デューデリジェンス
■人事PMI(制度設計、規程改正等の支援)
▽人材マネジメント、組織ガバナンスに関する全般支援
■戦略策定~制度設計~規程整備~運営支援まで、上流から下流まで一気通貫で支援
▽デロイト各社のM&A等の支援

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■論理的思考力
■パワーポイントを使用して、提案・立案・説明資料を作成できる
■エクセルを使用して、データ分析や影響試算等ができる(sumif、vlookup等のレベルの関数を組み合わせて使用できる)
■口頭及び文書による高度なコミュニケーションスキル(傾聴ができ、対等にコミュニケーションが取れること。簡潔かつ説得的な文章が書ける)
■タイムマネジメント及び実行力(複数のタスクを順序立てて迅速かつ的確に処理できる)
■現行法制度等の調査能力を有していること
■法令、行政手続、制度を活用した現実的なソリューションを提案できる能力を有していること
※各領域において、それぞれ以下のいずれか必須
▽法務領域
■霞が関勤務経験者:内閣法制局、衆議院法制局、参議院法制局
・地方自治体経験者:法規担当部署(各部署の法規担当ではなく知事・市長提出条例案の立案・審査部署。霞が関でいうと内閣法制局の立ち位置)、議案法制担当部署
■コンサルティング会社(フロント業務)に3年以上在籍
■事業会社や官公庁の経営企画部門、事業開発部門、事業(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
